Clashes at Mubarak trial leave 23 injured: Health official

The second session of Mubarak’s trial has left 23 injured after opponents and supporters of the ousted president clashed outside the Police Academy where his trial is being conducted. Both groups hurled rocks at each other.

According to Khaled El-Khateeb, the head of the Central Administration for the treatment of emergency cases, 15 of the cases were treated at the scene, whereas the rest were transferred to the Ahly Bank Hospital.
