The Lebanese blogger, Emad Bazi, was detained upon his arrival at Cairo Airport, before being deported. His name was apparently on a blacklist at the airport as a “security concern.”
Bazi is known to support Michael Nabil, an Egyptian activist who was detained and tried in an Egyptian military court last April on charges of insulting Egypt's armed forces.
Nabil was the first person to be arrested for expressing an opinion after Egypt's January 25 Revolution ousted president Mubarak from his 30-year reign.
