The Centre for the rehabilitation of torture victims, El-Nadeem, announced on its Twitter account that it has learned that forty three civilians out of eighty seven accused of involvement in the forced entry of the Israeli embassy office in Cairo on 9 September will be prosecuted in a military trial on Tuesday.
A host of protesters broke into the Israeli embassy at the end of the 9 September mass demonstrations that started in Tahrir and moved towards the Tel Aviv mission.
Fierce clashes broke out between protesters and police forces later that evening outside nearby headquarters of Giza police.
Three protesters were killed during clashes.
