Egypt closes Rafah crossing at the Gaza border for Eid holiday

The Egyptian ministry of interior announced they will close the Rafah Egypt-Gaza border crossing during this year's Eid holiday

The Egyptian ministry of interior announced that the Rafah crossing with Gaza will be closed for the Eid El-Adha holiday from both sides.

The ministry specified in an official statement that the Rafah border crossing will be closed starting from Saturday, 5 November morning until Wednesday, 9 November night.

The statement states that the crossing will be opened for travelers starting Thursday, 10 November morning.
