The executive office of the Wafd liberal party is meeting today at 1:30 pm in the party's Dokki HQ.

"We are meeting to discuss the shadow government parliament issues in addition to some internal matters of the party," Fouad Badrawy, member of the high board told Ahram Online. The meeting is not open to the media.

The Wafd convened its first meeting of the shadow government on December 20. According to the party, they initiated the shadow government in response to the rigged 2010 parliamentary elections and to demonstrate that the parliament is null, according to the party.
