Egyptians should expect more dust storms on Monday: EMA

Egypt's meteorologists have warned that dust storms which hit the country over the past few days would continue in some parts on Monday.

According to a statement from the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) on Sunday night, northern parts of Egypt, including northern Upper Egypt, will witness active dusty winds reaching the level of dust storms in some parts, lowering visibility.

The statement added that navigation on the Mediterranean Sea would be disturbed due to strong winds.

Moderate temperatures are expected in the north of Egypt and the north of Upper Egypt in the morning, with cold temperatures at night.

Cairo and Middle Delta: 19 – 11 Celsius

Alexandria: 19 – 12 Celsius

Aswan: 24 – 7 Celsius

South Sinai : 24- 16 Celsius

North Sinai : 22 – 10 Celsius
