Coptic businessman and politician Naguib Sawiris, facing trial for posting cartoons of Mickey and Minnie Mouse dressed in Muslim attire on Twitter, had his case postponed after lawyers clashed in court.

Sawiris is accused of contempt of religion. The Prosecution Office of Central Cairo decided to refer the case to court Monday after investigating the complaint filed against Sawiris  accusing him of disrespecting Islam after he posted the cartoons on his official Twitter account in June 2011.
