Egyptian, French FMs hold talks on bilateral ties and regional issues at G20 Summit

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry discussed on Thursday with French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Yves Le Drian bialteral ties and regional issues of common interest.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of the G20 summit meeting in Japan's Osaka, with the two ministers lauding the distinguished level achieved by Egypt-France relations, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Hafez said.

They also discussed means required to continue fostering bilateral ties in various fields, particularly the political and economic ones, the spokesman added.
