The Egyptian Company for Metro Management and Operations announced that train traffic was back to normal in all lines on Saturday morning, and that all metro stations were operating regularly.

The company said the four downtown metro stations, Sadat, Ahmed Orabi, Gamal Abdel-Nasser and Opera, reopened after periodical maintenance.

The four downtown Cairo metro stations were ‘closed for maintenance’ on Friday, a source at the Ministry of Transport told Al-Shorouk news website.
