President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi on Wednesday issued a decree to form a new board of directors of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) for a term of four years.

Under the presidential decree, the CBE board will be chaired by Tarek Amer.

It will also comprise two deputies and six members.
