Sisi instructs government to integrate tourism and overall economic development

Sisi also said that development of a tourism strategy should be based on ensuring efficient management of tourist sites as well as job creation

President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, prime minister Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of Tourism Khaled Al-Anani, Minister of Housing Assem Al-Jazzar, and the Adviser to the President for Urban Planning Major General Amir Sayed Ahmed during the meeting.

Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi has instructed the government to integrate the development of various national tourism projects with general economic and infrastructure development, said presidential spokesman Bassam Rady on Wednesday.

In a meeting with top government officials on Wednesday, El-Sisi also said that development of a tourism strategy should be based on ensuring efficient management of tourist sites as well as job creation.

The meeting was attended by Egypt's Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of Tourism Khaled Al-Enani, Minister of Housing Assem El-Jazzar, and Presidential Advisor for Urban Planning Amir Sayed Ahmed.
