Patients flown to Germany on Egyptian government's expense

Seven victims of the Two Saints Church New Year’s eve attack are traveling to Germany for medical treatment. The Egyptian government is covering their expenses.

An airport official said that six of the injured arrived at the Cairo Airport early today from Alexandria, accompanied by an Egyptian physician.

The seventh victim was sent to the Nasr Institute for treatment, but later joined the group heading to Germany.

The patients were accompanied by two priests and several relatives.
