Egypt Court rules for holding presidential elections as scheduled

Egypt's Supreme Administrative Court has issued a verdict on two pivotal appeals that threatened the legitimacy of Egypt's upcoming presidential elections

Egypt's Supreme Administrative Court has released a verdict that rules for holding the upcoming presidential elections as scheduled, on 23 May.

The Court also approved the Supreme Presidential Electoral Commission's authority to refer the Disenfranchisement Law to the Constitutional Court.
