Egypt offers condolences to Algeria over fire victims

Egypt expressed on Wednesday heartfelt condolences to the Algerian government and brotherly people over the victims of the forest fires that broke out in a number of Algerian provinces, causing casualties.

In a statement, the Foreign Ministry reiterated Egypt's full support of Algeria in this ordeal, wishing a speedy recovery to all wounded. 

At least 26 people died and dozens of others were injured in forest fires that ravaged 14 districts of northern Algeria on Wednesday according to Algerian authorities.
