Egypt can resist the impacts of the current global crisis, which affected the whole world, just as it did with other crises and challenges over the past years.
The president said Egypt had successfully managed to overcome the Covid-19 crisis and was able to adapt to its ramifications, and that the country has succeeded in uprooting terrorism completely.
“Two years ago, everyone thought that coronavirus would be the end but it blew over just as many crises had and the current crisis will,” the president added.
El-Sisi said that during the terrorist attacks perpetrated against Egypt between 2013 and 2014 he had been confident that these attacks would blow over.
He affirmed that with God’s help Egypt will prevail against the difficulties it is currently facing.
Addressing the graduates, El-Sisi said that graduating college is an important milestone in the life of a graduate of any college or university, military or not.
He also emphasised that persistence was of utmost importance in overcoming the various challenges.
During the ceremony, students of the police and military academies presented the Military Academy Shield to President El-Sisi.
