17 prospective ministers in Egypt new cabinet - Extra News

Here is a list of 17 prospective ministers who could join Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly's new cabinet, set to be sworn in before President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi on Wednesday, according to the Cairo-based Extra News.

  1. Badr Abdelatty as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Expatriate Affairs replacing both Sameh Shoukry of Foreign Affairs and Soha Gendi of Emigration and Expatriate Affairs.
  2. Ahmed Kouchouk as Minister of Finance replacing Mohamed Maait
  3. Sherif Farouk as Minister of Supply and Internal Trade replacing Ali Moselhi
  4. Karim Badawi as Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources replacing Tarek El-Molla
  5. Manal Awad Mikhail as Minister of Local Development replacing Hisham Amna
  6. Mohamed Abdel-Latif as Minister of Education and Technical Education replacing Reda Hegazy
  7. Maya Morsy as Minister of Social Solidarity replacing Nevine El-Qabbag
  8. Adnan El-Fangari as Minister of Justice replacing Omar Marwan
  9. Mahmoud Esmat as Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy replacing Mohamed Shaker
  10. Usama Al-Azhari as Minister of Religious Endowment replacing Mokhtar Gomaa
  11. Sameh El-Hanafy as Minister of Civil Aviation replacing Abbas Helmy
  12. Sherif El-Sherbiny as Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities replacing Assem El-Gazzar
