The rallies coincide with the arrival of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi and his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, in the North Sinai city on Tuesday.
The demonstrations also aim to support Egypt’s political leadership, asserting that Middle East stability hinges on resolving the Palestinian cause.
US president Donald Trump has repeatedly proposed a colonial plan for the US to seize control of Gaza, displace its population to Egypt, Jordan, and other Arab nations, and eventually transform the strip into a “Middle East Riviera."
The plan was rejected and denounced by American allies and adversaries alike.
"We are firmly opposed to the displacement of populations and any annexation of both Gaza and the West Bank," Macron said Monday during a joint press conference with El-Sisi in Cairo.
Macron's visit marks the first-ever trip by a European head of state to North Sinai.
In Arish, the two leaders will meet with local officials to discuss the stalled delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, which has been under Israeli blockade and genocidal war since October 2023.
Since the start of Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, Egypt has designated Arish International Airport as a hub for receiving and coordinating humanitarian aid entry to the strip.
The Egyptian government has repeatedly urged the international community to direct its aid through this route.

Earlier, North Sinai Governor Khaled Megawer revealed that Macron would tour the Egyptian Red Crescent’s warehouses in Arish. Tons of international aid have been held up for months there, awaiting clearance to enter the war-torn Gaza Strip.
Macron will also visit Arish General Hospital, where many injured Palestinians have been treated after being evacuated through the Rafah border crossing.
Egypt has been receiving hundreds of wounded Palestinians since the start of the war on Gaza. Over 1,500 Palestinians have received treatment in Egyptian hospitals, and more than 2,100 others have crossed into Egypt as companions.
In 2024, French helicopter carrier Dixmude participated in relief efforts, providing medical care to nearly 1,000 Palestinians from Gaza while docked at Arish Port.
