However, the court referred 37 other appeals to the Court of Cassation, citing a lack of jurisdiction.
It also ordered the replacement of candidate Ibrahim El-Fadaly with Walid Shawqi in the Talkha constituency of Dakahlia Governorate due to numerical errors in the vote count.
The appeals reviewed by the court included challenges to the accuracy of vote counting and aggregation, objections to announced tallies, claims of errors in official records, and allegations of irregularities during polling.
Meanwhile, voting began inside Egypt on Wednesday in 30 constituencies whose results were previously annulled by the High Administrative Court in the first phase of the 2025 House of Representatives elections.
A total of 623 candidates are competing for 58 seats in these constituencies, according to the High Administrative Court’s rulings on the related appeals.
The results of the first round in these constituencies are scheduled to be announced on 18 December.
If run-offs are required, voting will take place overseas on 31 December and 1 January, and inside Egypt on 3–4 January, with final results set to be announced on 10 January.
The 2025 House of Representatives elections are being held under full supervision of the National Elections Authority (NEA).
