The approval came during a plenary session chaired by Speaker of the House Counsellor Hisham Badawi. The session followed a presidential decree submitted in accordance with Article 137 of the Constitution and Article 129 of parliament’s internal bylaws.
The reshuffle includes one deputy prime minister nominee, 17 ministerial nominees and four deputy minister nominees, all of whom are yet to take the constitutional oath.
