Assets of two former Egyptian ministers frozen

Former ministers of Petroleum and Agriculture and Land Reclamation are to have their assets frozen and are banned from traveling

The General Prosecutor Abdel Megeed Mahmoud has announced that the assets of two former ministers will be frozen.

Former Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Youssef Wali and former Minister of Petrol Sameh Fahmy and his wife will have their assets frozen and they were also slammed with a travel ban.

In the same breath, the prosecutor also gave an order to confiscate land owned by Saudi Prince Walid Ben Talal in Toshki.
