A source at the office of the minister of health told Ahram Online that ousted president Hosni Mubarak might need about a week in hospital to recover from a minor heart attack during investigations.
The source said that the former president was rushed to hospital, and is in intensive care. He was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak and his daughters in law.
The whereabouts of his sons Alaa and Gamal Mubarak remain subject to contradictory reports. Some sources suggested that the two Mubarak sons were still in the South Sinai capital of El-Tor where they are facing further questioining, and that Gamal Mubarak, the erstwhile chief of his father's ruling party's influential Policies Committee, facing a possible 15 day in custody on charges of illicit money and assets appropriation.
