Author Magdi Hussein’s new book was written in two years of solitary confinement in prison no. 39, and combines diverse messages of history, politics and economic development.

Hussein wrote “In the framework of varying my activities in solitary confinement, which I have chosen on my own free will during the period of imprisonment for two years by virtue of the military court judgement on charges of visiting Gaza. I wrote these historical letters, which focused on Egyptian history unknown for the youth.”
