Is there freedom of creativity in Islam? This newly released book by the late writer Mohammed Abul Qassim tries to answer the question.

He looks into the escalating phenomena of Islamic extremism and the so-called War on Terror, which puts Islam and Muslims into a cultural confrontation with the world, especially in the realm of freedom.

Abul Qassim uses his interpretation of the Quran as the starting point of his investigation.

Sudanese writer Mohammed Abul Qassim Hajj (1941 – 2003) was a scientific consultant at the World Institute for Islamic Thought in Washington.
