Ukraine's interim leader on Thursday warned the Russian navy in Crimea to keep its troops in their bases, after pro-Russian gunmen seized government buildings in the peninsula's capital of Simferopol.
"Any troop movements will be considered as military aggression," acting president Oleksandr Turchynov told parliament. Russia's Black Sea fleet is based in the Crimean city of Sevastopol.
