Israel is significantly reinforcing its troop deployment in the occupied West Bank to search for three Israeli teenagers who it believes were abducted by Palestinians, a military source said on Saturday.

The reinforcements would include a paratrooper brigade, the source said on Saturday, adding that Israel did not know exactly who might be holding the three, who were seized on Thursday, or whether they were alive.
