AFP , Sunday 26 Jun 2011

A mine exploded near the offices of the UN coordinator for the Middle East peace process in Gaza City, Hamas police and the UN said on Sunday. The blast, late on Saturday, slightly wounded a Palestinian passer-by, medics said.

The explosion damaged the wall surrounding the United Nations Special Coordinator Office for the Middle East Peace Process (UNSCO), which abuts the headquarters of the Hamas security services in Gaza.
