The Special Tribunal for Lebanon has posted an application form on its website allowing those directly affected by the 14 February 2005 bombing to participate in the legal proceedings.

The court said in a statement Tuesday that, "Through this process the voices of victims will be heard."

The move follows the indictment of four members of the Iranian-backed Shiite guerrilla group Hezbollah for alleged involvement in the slaying of Hariri and 22 others killed by the truck bomb.
