The Special Tribunal for Lebanon publishes its 47-page indictment of the 4 Hezbollah members it accuses of killing Hariri

The special court investigating the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri has published the 47-page indictment against four members of the Iranian-backed Shiite armed party Hezbollah for alleged involvement in the deadly truck bombing.

The publication Wednesday comes after the Special Tribunal for Lebanon said last week that Lebanese authorities had been unable to arrest the four suspects or serve them with their indictments.

They are accused of detonating the truck bomb on 14 February 2005, that killed Hariri and 22 others — a number that includes a suicide bomber.

Hezbollah has denied involvement and said it will never turn over the suspects.
