An official in the Libyan National Transitional Council (TNC) said on Monday that Muammar Gaddafi is now in Algeria after the rebels put their hands on all of Tripoli, except Bab al-Aziziya.
TNC media official Mahmoud Shamam said that Libyan Intelligence used the latest audio message for Gaddafi to determine his location.
