A Palestinian man was shot and killed on Tuesday by undercover Israeli forces near the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, according to the Palestinian WAFA news agency.
Pictures circulating online appeared to show the man bloodied and lying in the street.
The Israeli army referred questions to the Border Police, which did not respond to requests for comment.
Undercover Israeli forces, known as Mista'arvim, entered Umm Al Sharayet neighborhood, where they shot and killed a young man identified as Ahmad Jamil Fahd, and left him to bleed to death, according to WAFA.
The Mista'arvim forces were carrying out arrests in the area.

The killing of Fahd came several hours following the killing of a 17-year-old teen by Israeli police near the French Hill colonial settlement in Jerusalem.
On Monday, an Israeli soldier and a settler were stabbed and wounded in east Jerusalem before police shot and killed the assailant in what they described as a terrorist attack.

Israel has killed at least 30 Palestinians in the West Bank since Palestinians started protesting against Israeli aggression in East Jerusalem and the deadly offensive on the Gaza Strip two weeks ago.
Meanwhile, Israel continued to raid homes at night across the West Bank, arresting 18 more Palestinans on Monday, according to WAFA.
Israel has arrested hundreds of Palestinians in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and in Israeli cities since the clashes started.
