Majid Takht Ravanchi said that Israel "is in no position to discuss our peaceful (nuclear) program when it has hundreds of nuclear warheads," reacting to Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett's allegations of Iran's nuclear activities.

Bennett addressed on Monday to the UN assembly that Iran's nuclear program had crossed "all red lines," adding that the country sought to control the Middle East region under a "nuclear umbrella."

Iranian authorities have stressed that the country's nuclear program is aimed at civilian utilities and the country does not seek nuclear arms.

On Monday, Iran's Ambassador to the Vienna-based international organizations Kazem Gharibabadi said that "the UN nuclear agency, the US and the European troika must bear in mind that they cannot remain silent on the Israeli regime's terrorist measures and refuse to stop them, and also call for the continuation of monitoring and existence of the agency's cameras at the facilities affected by the terrorist sabotage."

Gharibabadi referred to claims by representatives of the United States and European troika, namely Britain, France and Germany, for what they called Iran's "insufficient" cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Organization (IAEA), according to the official IRNA news agency.

According to a report from IAEA, its inspectors had been denied access to a centrifuge manufacturing site in Iran's Karaj city, 40 km northwest of capital Tehran, which, according to Iran, was attacked by Israel in late June.

On Sept. 12, the IAEA and Iran agreed in Tehran to allow the agency to have access to unnamed Iranian nuclear establishments to replace its cameras' memory cards and repair damaged equipment.

The agreement was deemed as a part of efforts to restore the 2015 nuclear deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
