In a press release, Abul Gheit said the deal is a result of strenuous Sudanese efforts supported by Arab and friendly countries over the past few weeks to solve the country's crisis.

Abul Gheit ordered the AL bodies to work closely with the government, which will be formed by Hamdok in order to achieve the goals of the constitutional document signed in 2019 and the Juba Agreement for Peace in 2020.
