Israel said Friday's strike on the southern suburbs of Lebanon's capital killed the head of Hezbollah's elite Radwan Force, Ibrahim Aqil, and several other commanders.

The latest Israeli attacks came after Israel detontated thousands of pagers and two-way radios this week that killed at least 37 people and wounded more than 3000 across Lebanon, according to the Lebanese health ministry.

Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah on Thursday said Israel "crossed all red lines" with device explosions, vowing that it will receive "just punishment" for its attacks on Lebanon.
