The invading Israeli soldiers were killed in three separate incidents over just 24 hours, Israeli media reported citing army statements.
In a statement on Friday, the Israeli army reported that five reserve soldiers were killed and 19 others wounded during fighting with Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.
The soldiers were struck by a Hezbollah rocket while accepting a logistics supply in front of a house in a south Lebanon village, read the statement.
On Thursday, the Israeli army announced the death of a soldier serving as a commander in an Israeli special canine unit, along with the deaths of five other soldiers who were killed in separate clashes with Hezbollah fighters on Wednesday.
Since the start of the Israeli invasion of Lebanon, 27 Israeli soldiers have been killed in clashes with Hezbollah, according to a tally by Israeli media based on army figures.
