An Iranian cultural adviser was killed in a double bomb attack outside the Iranian embassy in Beirut on Tuesday, a Lebanese government source told AFP.

The adviser, Ibrahim Ansari, was entering the embassy as the blasts took place and died of his wounds at a Beirut hospital, the source said.
