"Russia has an interest in everybody in Europe finally coming to their senses and stopping considering Russia the culprit of all troubles," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

On the same time Ukraine said on Thursday it was seeking more military aid from its Western allies after they voiced concerns over Russian troop movements along the Ukrainian border.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba told reporters that Kiev wanted both political support and agreements on "the supply of additional defence weapons for our army".
