Maduro, 61, was declared the victor of Sunday's presidential election, however the opposition said they were the rightful winners of a poll tainted by fraud.
"I have asked our foreign minister (Gabriela Sommerfeld) to make the necessary arrangements to convene the Permanent Council of the OAS to discuss the delicate situation in Venezuela," Noboa wrote on the social network X.
"Throughout the region, there are politicians who try to cling to power and who intend to snatch peace from our citizens," he said, warning of "the danger of dictatorship."
Maduro's victory has also been questioned by the United States, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Argentina, Spain, Uruguay, and the European Union.
Venezuela's allies, China, Russia, Cuba, Nicaragua, Honduras and Bolivia congratulated Maduro on his victory.
"This is serious, the will of a people, of any country, must be respected," Ecuador's Sommerfeld said in an interview with the Teleamazonas channel on Monday.
She said she had invited several nations to join Ecuador's request to convene a meeting of the OAS.
