Turkish construction firm Enka Insaat said on Tuesday that it would sign a deal with private firm Mass Global to build a 3,000 megawatt (MW) gas-fired power plant in Iraq.

The signing ceremony will be held on Thursday, Enka said in a statement, and Iraq's electricity minister and Turkey's energy minister will be attending.
