Egypt’s market ended Sunday in red amid low turnover as institutions were net sellers.
Benchmark index, EGX30, dipped 0.54% percent to 9283 points and daily stock turnover registered a mere LE353 million.
Institutions, which comprised 39 percent of all trade on Sunday's session, were net sellers to the tune of LE25 million.
Market bellwether Commercial International Bank (CIB) inched down 1.29 percent to LE54.7 per share.
The biggest decliner in the session, El-Sewedy Electric, fell with 2.56 percent to LE 46.80 per share, and Electric Cable Egypt inched down with 1.72 percent to LE1.15 per share.
