Egypt's stocks continued to rise on Wednesday morning, continuing their upward trend for the fourth day in a row.
The main EGX 30 index rose by 1.05 percent to sit at 7246.55 points an hour into the session. The broader EGX 70 also rose by 0.58 percent.
The US Federal Reserve Open Market Committee (FOMC) is meeting today to set its new interest rates.
Turnover marks a feeble LE71 million so far, with 53 stocks gaining value while six suffered losses.
