Egyptian companies have been offered directly, without going through tender, Libyan infrastructure and housing projects worth LE1 billion, Minister for Public Works Rashid Matouk Mohamed Matouk said, according to Al-Ahram daily newspaper.
An official Egyptian- Libyan commission will approve both companies and consultancy offices to be engaged in these projects.
