These allocations will run for a six months period from January to June, of which LE7bn will be allocated from the state budget and LE3bn from other development partners.
Designs of the project are currently being finalised after being offered to more than 200 design offices to prepare and submit, after which contracting companies will be invited through a Ministry of Housing bid to implement samples of the housing units.
