Alexandria Mineral Oils Co. (AMOC) decided on Sunday 14 August to distribute LE 9 cash dividend per share, distributable over two installments of EGP7.00 per share and EGP2.00 per share.

Total dividend is equivalent to a yield of 11.8 per cent, and a payout ratio of 75 per cent. The ex-dividend date is 25 August 2011. First installment will be paid on 29 August 2011 followed by the second installment on 28 February 2012.

AMOC's stock price have grown by 1.29 per cent to reach LE77.09 around the middle of Monday's session.
