Egypt reopens LE2 billion in 3-year bonds

Finance Ministry reopens an offering of three-year bonds due to mature in August 2014 and carry a yield of 13.35 per cent

Egypt's Finance Ministry is reopening an offering of three-year bonds worth LE2 billion (US$334 million), the central bank said on Thursday .

The bonds, which mature on 2 August 2014, carry a coupon of 13.35 per cent.

The central bank, acting on behalf of the Finance Ministry, will auction the bonds on 22 August and settlement will take place the following day.
