Kuwait to spend over $63 billion on construction in 2012-2014

Educational and commercial building will see the initial rise with a spike in residential development expected in 2013, according to business researchers

Kuwait's construction industry is predicted to spend over US$63 billion in the next three years, with a focus on developing educational facilities and commercial and residential building.

Research from business advisors Ventures Middle East shows that education and commercial construction will take precedence in 2012 and 2013.
 
It also predicts a spike in residential development in 2013, rising from its $600 million average to top $5.4 billion in 2014.
