Egypt's major stocks have seen another day of gains, the benchmark EGX30 closing Tuesday's session up 0.85 per cent at 4,348.6 points.
Shares in Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) climbed some 2.7 per cent after the company announced a $3 billion fertiliser plant venture in Brazil, helping lift the benchmark.
Heavyweight Commercial International Bank also jumped 2.6 per cent and EFG-Hermes Holdings gained 1.8 percent during the day's session.
Total market turnover was LE251.8m, a significant drop on Monday when trade swelled to LE309m.
