Egyptian banks and the stock exchange will resume operations on Wednesday after the end of a three day holiday for Eid El-Fitr, state news agency MENA reported.
However, the country's financial institutions will close on Thursday to mark the 30 June Revolution holiday, which falls on Friday this year.
The Islamic holiday of Eid Al-Fitr, which marks the end of the month of Ramadan, ends Tuesday.
