The Export Council for Building Materials (ECBM) said that Egypt's exports of jewels and gems retreated 43.1% during January and February to reach $290 million compared to $510 million during the same period last year. 

In its monthly report on Sunday, the ECBM said that the jewels exports decreased during February to register $134 million compared to $169 million during the same month last year.
