Egypt stocks have ended their winning streak, with major stocks tumbling in value after the deadly clashes at Port Said's football match on Wednesday night.
The EGX30 benchmark fell 2.22 per cent to close at 4,584 points with the majority of stocks finishing in the red.
Turnover approached half a billion Egyptian pounds as the market started to regain its momentum towards the end of the session.
