The Central Bank of Egypt, in cooperation with the finance ministry, is set to issue treasury bonds worth EGP 1.75 billion on Monday.
They were offered in two instalments, the first valued at EGP 1 billion with a three-year term, and a second valued at EGP 750 million and a seven-year term.
The ministry has said that it will issue bonds worth EGP 4 billion with maturities of five, 10, and 30 years, with varying rates of return.
